ON consideration of the application of Raniera Turoa and others, in this behalf, dated the 15th day of
August, 1881, and received by me on the 18th day of August, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the
authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," and "The Native Land Act Amendment
Act, 1881," order that the claim to the block of land called Kouraateuwhi No. 1, in the district of Poverty
Bay, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Uawa, on the 18th day of July, 1881, shall be reheard
by the said Court at Uawa, on the 15th day of March, 1882.

a i tae mai nei ki ahau i te 18 o nga ra o Akuhata, 1881, i runga hoki i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau
i roto i "Te Ture Kooti Whenua Maori, 1880," me "Te Ture Whakatikatika i nga Ture Whenua Maori,
1881," ka whakahaua e ahau ko te tono mo tetahi piihi whenua ko Kouraateuwhi Nama 1, te ingoa kei te
takiwa o Popati Pei, i whakawakia e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Uawa, i te 18 o nga ra o Hurae, 1881, me
whakawa hou ano ki te aroaro o taua Kooti ki Uawa, a te 15 o nga ra o Maehe, 1882.

and received by me on the 3rd day of August, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given
to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," and "The Native Land Act Amendment Act, 1881,"
order that the claim to the block of land called Kouraateuwhi No. 1, in the district of Poverty Bay, which
was decided by the Native Land Court at Uawa, on the 18th day of July, 1881, shall be reheard by the
said Court at Uawa, on the 15th day of March, 1882.

HAVING considered the application of Ani Rokena and others in this behalf, dated the 8th day of
August, 1881, and received by me on the 17th day of August, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to
the block of land called Ihunui, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land
Court at Uawa, on the 27th day of July, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The
Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
