Auckland, 27th October, 1881.
HAVING considered the application of Tapita Matina and others in this behalf, dated the 6th day of
October, 1881, and received by me on the 13th day of October, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to
the block of land called Taonui Ahuaturanga, in the District of Otaki, which was decided by the Native
Land Court at Palmerston, on the 5th day of October, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given
to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
