HAVING considered the application of Hoana Hautapu and others in this behalf, dated the 3rd day of
September, 1881, and received by me on the 13th day of September, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim
to the block of land called Kouraateuwhi No. 2, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the
Native Land Court at Uawa, on the 21st day of July, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given
to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

"The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

ON consideration of the application of Hoana Hautapu and others in this behalf, dated the 3rd day of
September, 1881, and received by me on the 13th day of September, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of
the authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," and "The Native Land Act Amend-
ment Act, 1881," order that the claim to the block of land called Kouraateuwhi No. 1, in the district of
Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Uawa, on the 18th day of July, 1881, shall
be reheard by the said Court at Uawa, on the 15th day of March, 1882.
