HAVING considered the application of Hineiwhakamana and others in this behalf, dated the 5th day of
April, 1881, and received by me on the 27th day of April, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to the
block of land called Oariki, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land Court
at Gisborne, on the 29th day of March, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The
Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
