NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of the Native Land Court to be held at Wairoa, Hawke's
Bay, on the 18th day of November next, will be heard and determined the application of the person
named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, for an Order of the Court that payment be made in
money or land for the cost, amounting to the sum named in the fourth column of the said Schedule, of the
survey of the block of land named in the second column of the said Schedule respectively, of which block
of land the persons named or referred to in the third column of the said Schedule have been found to be
the owners.

HAVING considered the application of Hori Akuhata and others in this behalf, dated the 20th day of
July, 1881, and received by me on the 17th day of August, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to the
blocks of land called Rotokautuku and Pakira, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the
Native Land Court, at Waipiro, on the 17th day of May, 1875, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by "The Native Land Court, 1880," dismiss the same.
