HAVING considered the application of Tiopira Te Ruahaunga and others in this behalf, dated the 10th
day of June, 1881, and received by me on the 21st day of June, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim
to the block of land called Tangoiro, in the district of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native
Land Court at Uawa, on the 30th day of May, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me
by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

KUA ata whakaarohia e ahau te tono a Tiopira Te Ruahaunga me etahi atu, mo te whakawa tuarua o
tae mai nei ki ahau i te 21 o nga ra o Hune, 1881, i whakawakia taua whenua e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki
Uawa, i te 30 o nga ra o Mei, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te "Ture Kooti Whenua
Maori, 1880," ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.

the 15th day of June, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to the blocks of land called Tangoiro and
Nuheti No. 1, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Uawa, on
the 30th and 31st days of May, 1881, respectively, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by
"The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te "Ture Kooti Whenua Maori, 1880," ka whakakorea e ahau
taua tono.

block of land called Purapurakowhitia (Puateroku), in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by
the Native Land Court at Uawa, on the 8th day of June, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority
given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
