H AVING considered the application of Horomona Hapai and others in this behalf, dated the 27th day
of June, 1881, and received by me on the 5th day of July, 1881, for the rehearing of a claim to the
block of land called Tatarikirau, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land
Court at Uawa, on the 11th day of June, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by
"The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

mai nei ki ahau i te 5 o nga ra o Hurae, 1881, i whakawakia taua whenua e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki
Uawa, i te 11 o nga ra o Hune, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te "Ture Kooti Whenua
Maori, 1880," ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.
