of Kaitangata, and now numbered Section 5, Block
XLVI., of said township. Bounded towards the
North by a street-line, 1395 links; towards the
North-east by Section 4 of same block, 309-6 links;
towards the South-east by Davidson Street, 3022
links and 5369 links, also by Sections Nos. 1,
2, 3, 4, and Bembridge Street, 500 links; towards
the South-west by Bembridge Street, 275-2 links;
towards the South-west, West, and North-west by
the Kaitangata Creek and the Kaitangata Lake,
