of Otago, containing by admeasurement 4 acres,
more or less, situate in the Town of Pukerau, and
being Sections Nos. respectively 8, 9, 10, and 11,
Block V., of said town. Bounded towards the North-
east by Middle Street, 1000 links; towards the
South-east by Section 7 of said block, 400 links;
towards the South-west by Sections Nos. 24 and 23
of said block, 1000 links; towards the North-west
by Section No. 12 of said block, 400 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less. For a recreation-
ground.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Otago, containing by admeasurement 2 roods,
more or less, situate in the Town of Pukerau, and
being Sections Nos. respectively 17 and 26, Block II.,
of said town. Bounded towards the North-east by
Station Street, 100 links; towards the South-east by
Sections Nos. 16 and 27 of the same block, 500 links;
towards the South-west by Middle Street, 100 links;
and towards the North-west by Sections Nos. 25 and
18 of same block, 500 links: be all the aforesaid link-
ages more or less. For drainage purposes.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Otago, containing by admeasurement 908 acres 2
roods 7 perches, more or less, situate in the Silver
Peak District, being part of Section No. 1, Block VII.,
on the map of the said district. Bounded towards
the North by Block IX., Silver Peak District, 6883
links; towards the East by Blocks VII. and X.,
Waikouaiti District, 13335 links; towards the South
by other part of said Section No. 1, 6883 links; and
towards the West by other part of said Section No. 1,
13335 links: as the same is more particularly deli-
neated on the maps in the Survey Office, Dunedin.
For the growth and preservation of timber.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 13 acres 2 roods 7
perches, more or less, situate in the Blackstone Dis-
trict, being Section No. 47, Block II., on the map of
the said district. Bounded towards the North by
Section 3, 1200 links; towards the East by Section
No. 1, 1128·8 links; towards the South by a road-line,
1200 links; and towards the West by Section No. 4,
1128·8 links: as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plans in the Survey Office, Dunedin.

authorities vested in me by the fourth section
of "The Cemetries Management Act, 1877," I, James
Prendergast, Chief Justice of the Colony of New
Zealand, and Administrator of the Government
thereof, do hereby appoint
GEORGE SAMUEL HALL and
JOHN TAYLOR
to be Trustees, in place of D. M. P. Scott and P.
Gordon, resigned, to provide for the maintenance
and care of the Tuapeka Mouth Public Cemetery, in
conjunction with the other persons appointed by
warrant under the hand of His Excellency the
Governor on the fifteenth day of February, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
twenty-fourth day of September, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-one.

James Prendergast, Chief Justice of the Colony of
New Zealand, and Administrator of the Government

hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance
and care of the public cemetery specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.
