All that area in the Provincial District of Wel-
lington, in the Gorge Survey District, containing by
admeasurement 3,580 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the South-east by a right line from Wharita
Trig. Station, bearing about S. 35° W., 42525 links, to
the Manawatu River; towards the South-west by the
said river, 9000 links; towards the North-west by a
right line bearing N. 35° E., 41725 links; and
towards the North-east by a right line at right angles
to the last-mentioned line to Wharita Trig. Station
before-mentioned, 8000 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on
the plan deposited in the District Survey Office,

District of Wellington, containing about 25,200 acres,
in the Gorge, Kairanga, Mangahao, and Aruwaru
Survey Districts. Bounded towards the North-east
by a public road and the Manawatu River, about
48000 links; towards the South-east by a line running
due west from the junction of the Manawatu and
Mangahao Rivers, and by lines parallel to the summit
of the Tararua Range, about 118000 links; towards
the South-west by a line running through Aruwaru
Trig. Station, about 16000 links; towards the North-
