an athenæum.

All that area in the Town of
Ophir, being Section No. 3, Block
III. Bounded towards the North-
west by Swindon Street; towards the
North-east by Section No. 4 of same
block; towards the South-east by
Crown lands and a tail-race reserve;
and towards the South-west by a
tail-race reserve to Swindon Street,
the starting point.

to be Auditors for the said district for the ensuing
year.

"The Public Health Act, 1876," His Excellency
the Governor has been pleased to appoint

WILLIAM HENRY OVENDEN, Esq., L.R.C.S. Irel.,
to be an additional Public Vaccinator for the Dis-
trict of Kaiapoi, to perform gratuitous vaccina-
tion in accordance with the provisions of the said
Act and any regulations made or to be made there-
under.
