form the Kumara Contingent of the First
Westland Rifle Volunteers into a separate corps, to
be designated
The Kumara Rifle Volunteers;
and to amalgamate the Thames Scottish Rifle Cadet
Volunteers and the St. George's Naval Cadet Volun-
teers into one corps, under the designation of
The Thames Naval Cadet Volunteers.
