roa Block, 101 links from the north-eastern angle peg
called Matekahu, and extends along the Upokongaro
Valley for a distance of 590 links to the eastern
boundary of Pourewa Block, 558 links from said angle
peg called Matekahu.
MATEKAHU BLOCK.
Also all that other parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 1 acre and 13 poles, more or less,
being a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which
commences on the eastern boundary of Pourewa
Block, 558 links from the south-eastern angle peg of
the Pourewa Block called Matekahu, and extends
along the Upokongaro Valley for a distance of 1085
links to the northern boundary of Matekahu Block,
4887 links from the south-eastern angle peg of the
Upokongaro No. 2 Block, called Tapere.
UPOKONGARO No. 2 BLOCK.
Also all that other parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 16 acres and 16 poles, more or less,
being a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which
commences on the southern boundary of Upokongaro
No. 2 Block, 4887 links distant from the south-eastern
angle peg called Tapere, and extends along the
Upokongaro Valley for a distance of about 16100
links to the north-eastern boundary of said block,
1400 links from the eastern angle peg called Puke-
taipo.
Also all that other parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood, more or less,
being a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which
commences on the eastern boundary of the Upoko-
ngaro No. 2 Block, about 2270 links from the south-
eastern angle peg called Tapere, and extends in a
westerly direction for a distance of 4264 links until
it joins the road hereinbefore described.
WAIMATAO BLOCK.
Also all that other parcel of land containing by
admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 38 poles, more or
less, being a road 100 links wide, the middle of which
commences on the north-eastern boundary of Upoko-
ngaro No. 2 Block, 1400 links from the eastern angle
peg called Puketaipo, and extends along the Upoko-
ngaro Valley for a distance of 1990 links to the
northern boundary of the Waimatao Block, at the
Waimatao Stream, about 2 chains from its confluence
with the Upokongaro River. Be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less.
Changing Purpose of Reserve No. 210, Suburbs of
Gisborne.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the
Governor intends, under the provisions of
section 148 of "The Land Act, 1877," to change the
specific purpose of the land described in the second
column of the Schedule hereto for which the land
was heretofore set apart as a reserve, as specified in
the first column of the said Schedule, to the specific
purposes specified in the third column of the said
Schedule.

Designation of Post Office changed.

the designation of the Post Office in the Wel-
lington Postal District, known as Taratahi, will,
from and after the 1st prox., be changed to
CLAREVILLE.

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand.
BY virtue of the powers vested in us by law, it is
ordered by us, the Judges of the said Court, that
the following rule shall come into operation after the
publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette:-
Notice of an intended application to the Supreme
Court under section 8 of "The Administration Act,
1879," shall be served upon all persons interested in
the subject-matter of the application, except so far as
the Court or a Judge may, in their or his discretion,
in any particular case dispense with such service.
