Native Land Court Office,
Auckland, May 30th, 1881.

WHEREAS by an Order in Council made on the 26th day of October, 1880, it was ordered by His
Excellency in Council under "The Native Land Act, 1878," and "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," that the claim of Himi Materoa and
others, to a piece of land called Mangapukatea, situate on the Waitotara River, in the District of Whanganui,
heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand on the 5th day of August, 1880, at
Whanganui, in the said district, should be reheard before the said Court, and that such rehearing shall take
place before the 26th day of October, 1881:

Now, I hereby give notice, that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Whanganui on the
15th day of July next, for the rehearing of the aforenamed claim.

o Akuhata, 1880, me whakawa hou ano i te aroaro o taua Kooti, a me tu taua whakawa tuarua ki mua mai
o te 26 o nga ra o Oketopa, 1881.

Na, he Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai ka tu te Kooti Whenua Maori ki Whanganui, a te 15 o nga
ra o Hurae, 1881, ki te whakawa hou ano i taua piihi whenua.
