NOTICE is hereby given that ELIZABETH ANDERSON COLEE, Widow of ROBERT ALEXANDER COLEE, late of Burnham, Schoolmaster, claiming as Devisee of the real estate of the said Robert Alexander Colee, has applied to be registered as Proprietress of 180 acres 2 roods of land, being Rural Sections Nos. 23056 and 23086, situated in the Ashburton District; and that she will be so registered, unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within one month after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
