of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
on or before the 30th day of July, 1881.

rood 32 perches, part of Country Section 22, right
bank Wanganui River. In occupation of Appli-

HENRY SARJEANT.—778 acres, Sec-

tion of the loss of certificate of title in favour
of JOHN MARTYN, for parts of Allotments 7, 8, and 9,
Parish of Tamahere, County of Waikato, and being
the whole of the land included in Vol. xv:, folio 187,
of the Register-book, having been filed in this office,
and application having been made for the issue of a
provisional certificate for the same, it is my intention
to issue such certificate, unless caveat be lodged for-
bidding the same on or before the 8th day of July,
1881.
