Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
on or before the 30th day of July, 1881.

ANNIE BUCKTHOUGHT.—1 acre 1
rood 32 perches, part of Country Section 22, right
bank Wanganui River. In occupation of Appli-
cant.
HENRY SARJEANT.—778 acres, Sec-
tions 256 and 259, and parts of Sections 224, 225, and
247, left bank Wanganui River. In occupation of
Applicant.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

WILLIAM SMITH.—Part of Allotment 10 of
Section 21, City of Auckland. In Applicant's occu-

SIMON ANDREW WEBSTER.—Lots 21, 22,

ALEXANDER CRAWFORD.—Block of land
known by the name of Kiwitahi No. 1B, situate in
the County of Piako, District of Waikato, containing
100 acres. Unoccupied. 1715.

JAMES SOPPET.—Allotments 4 and 5, north-
eastern portion of Allotment 3, and south-west-
ern portion of Allotment 6, Parish of Tokatoka,
County of Marsden, containing 200 acres. Unoccu-
pled. 1716.

Dated this 15th day of June, 1881, at the Lands
Registry Office, Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that a statutory declara-
tion of the loss of certificate of title in favour
of JOHN MARTYN, for parts of Allotments 7, 8, and 9,
Parish of Tamahere, County of Waikato, and being
the whole of the land included in Vol. xv:, folio 187,
of the Register-book, having been filed in this office,
and application having been made for the issue of a
provisional certificate for the same, it is my intention
to issue such certificate, unless caveat be lodged for-
bidding the same on or before the 8th day of July,
1881.
