the Mangatutara River to Ruatawhenua, thence by
surveyed lines to Rangapotahi, thence by the Manga-
mauku Stream to its junction with the Tapuwaeroa
River: save and excepting 19,363 acres, more or less,
now held in freehold tenure by the Crown; as shown
by the plan of the block in the Survey Office, Auck-
land.

O-TE-RANGIWHAIAO.

All that block or parcel of land in the Poverty
Bay District, in the Provincial District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 583 acres, more or less,
known by the name of O-te-Rangiwhaiao. Bounded
on the North by the Mata River; thence on the East
by the Tarakihi Stream and the Paparoa Block;
thence on the South by the Whareone Stream;
thence on the West again by the Mata River to the
starting point: save and excepting 535 acres, more or
less, now held in freehold tenure by the Crown; as
shown by the plan of the block in the Survey Office,
Auckland.

PAPAROA.

All that block or parcel of land in the Poverty Bay
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, con-
taining by admeasurement 2,342 acres, more or less,
known by the name of Paparoa. Bounded on the
North by the Mata River; thence on the East by the
Pora Creek; thence on the South by the Pirauau
Block; thence on the West by the Wharehapua
Block, the Rangiwaiau Block, and the Tarakihi
Stream to the starting point: save and excepting
2,257 acres, more or less, now held in freehold tenure
by the Crown; as shown by the plan of the block in
the Survey Office, Auckland.

TAUANUI.

All that parcel of land in the Poverty Bay District,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, known by the
name of Tauanui. Boundaries: Commencing at the
mouth of the Whareone River and following its
source to Poito, thence to Tipona-a-Tamawhaki,
thence to Teasdale's line, thence to Tauanui, thence
reaching Te Mata and meeting again at the mouth of
the Whareone River: save and excepting 336 acres,
part of the Wharehapua No. 1 Block, and 418 acres,
part of the Wharehapua No. 2 Block, now held in
freehold tenure by the Crown, and the Wharehapua
No. 3 Block, containing by admeasurement 743
acres, more or less, still under negotiation.

TUAKAU No. 2.

All that block or parcel of land in the Poverty
Bay District, in the Provincial District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 1,780 acres, more or
less, known by the name of Tuakau No. 2. Bounded
on the North by the Waipapa Creek; thence on the
East by the Ruangarehu Block and Onetehunga
Creek; thence on the South by the Pirauau-Tuakau
No. 1 Block; thence on the West again by the
Ruangarehu Block, Waihua Creek, and Ihungia
Creek to the starting point.

PIRAUAU-TUAKAU NO. 1.

All that block or parcel of land in the Poverty
Bay District, in the Provincial District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 8,540 acres, more or
less, known by the name of Pirauau-Tuakau No. 1.
Bounded on the North by the Tuakau No. 2 Block;
thence on the East by the Onetehunga Creek and
Tokomaru Block; thence on the South by the Tuakau
Block, the Uriwiri Creek, and the Mangaroau Creek;
thence on the West by the Mangatarata Creek and
the Pirauau Block to the starting point: save and
excepting 5,865 acres, more or less, now held in
freehold tenure by the Crown; as shown by the plan
of the block in the Survey Office, Auckland.

TAUWHAREPARAE.

All that block or parcel of land in the Poverty Bay
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, con-
taining by admeasurement 74,190 acres, more or less,
known by the name of Tauwhareparae. Bounded on
the North by the Mangatarata Creek, Mangaroau
Creek, Uriwiri Creek, Pirauau-Tuakau No. 1 Block,
Tokomoru Block, and Te Mangaroa Stream; thence
on the East by the Hikuwae River; thence on the
South by the Mangatokerau Block, the Ngatawakawa
Block, the Parariki Block to Tutamoe; thence by
surveyed line to Mangamutuituku Creek, thence by
surveyed line to the Mata River; thence on the
West by the Huiarua Block and the Mata River to the
starting point: save and excepting 44,150 acres, more
or less, now held in freehold tenure by the Crown;
as shown by the plan of the block in the Survey
Office, Auckland.

WAIHORA No. 2.

All that block or parcel of land in the Poverty Bay
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, con-
taining by admeasurement 16,474 acres, more or less,
known by the name of Waihora No. 2. Bounded
on the North by the Waihora River, the Motumate
Stream, and the Motumuka Stream; thence on the
East by the Hinakiwawahia Stream, the Arakihi
Block, and the Waimata North Block; thence on
the South by the Waimata West Block, thence by
surveyed lines from Whakapapa to Mahuruhuru;
thence on the West by a surveyed line to Pohui,
thence by the Waihora River and Motumate Stream
to the starting point: save and excepting 8,905 acres,
more or less, now held in freehold tenure by the
Crown; as shown by the plan of the block in the
Survey Office, Auckland.

WAIMATA NORTH.

All that block or parcel of land in the Poverty Bay
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, con-
taining by admeasurement 15,870 acres, more or less,
known by the name of Waimata North. Bounded
on the North by the Arakihi Block, the Mangarara
Stream, and the Rangikohua Block; thence on the
East by the Mangapapa Block, the Taumatarata
Block, and the Whangara Block; thence on the
South by the Waimata East Block and Te Kowhai
Stream; thence on the West by the Waimata River,
the Waimata West Block, and the Waihora No. 2
Block to the starting point: save and excepting
10,000 acres, more or less, now held in freehold
tenure by the Crown; as shown on the plan of the
block in the Survey Office, Auckland.

WAIMATA EAST.

All that block or parcel of land in the Poverty
Bay District, in the Provincial District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 10,320 acres, more or
less, known by the name of Waimata East. Bounded
on the North by the Waimata River, Te Kowhai
Creek, and Waimata North Block; thence on the
East by the Whangara Block; thence on the South
by the Waimata South Block and the Mangaorangi
Creek; thence on the West again by the Manga-
orangi Creek and the Waimata River to the starting
point: save and excepting 5,000 acres, more or less,
now held in freehold tenure by the Crown; as shown
by the plan of the block in the Survey Office, Auck-
land.
