Block; on the South by the Puarere Creek and the
northern boundary of Omahu West No. 3 Block, and
a small portion of the eastern boundary of the Wai-
koropupu Block; and on the West by Church Missiou
land.

TE POKURU.

All that parcel of land in the District of Taupo, in
the Provincial District of Auckland; known by the
name of Te Pokuru, containing by estimation 1,000
acres, more or less. Bounded on the West by Te
Hukui Block; on the North by Native land; on the
East by Te Hangihangi; and on the South by the
Oruanui Block: save and excepting 252 acres, more
or less, now held in freehold tenure by the Crown;
as shown by the plan of the block in the Survey
Office, Auckland.

KAINGAROA No. 2.

All that parcel of land in the Taupo-Rotorua Dis-
trict, in the Provincial District of Auckland, contain-
ing by admeasurement 143,700 acres, more or less,
known by the name of Kaingaroa No. 2. Bounded
towards the North-east by the Torepatutahi River
and the Kaingaroa No. 1 Block to the Wairapukao;
towards the South-east by the Kaingaroa No. 1 Block
and the Rangitaiki River; towards the South-west
by the Tauhara Middle Block; and towards the
North-west by the Tauhara North Block, the Para-
riki Stream, and the Waikato River: save and except-
ing 91,529 acres, more or less, now held in freehold
tenure by the Crown; as shown by the plan of the
block in the Survey Office, Auckland.

TAUHARA MIDDLE.

All that parcel of land in the District of Taupo, in
the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
admeasurement 106,080 acres, more or less, known
by the name of Tauhara Middle. Bounded towards
the North-east by the Tauhara North Block 42320
links, and by lines 55336 links and 35120 links;
towards the East by the Rangitaiki River; towards
the South-east by the Wharetoto Block, 20350 links
and 11660 links; towards the South-west by the
Tauhara South Block, 118425 links and 8640 links;
and towards the West by the Taupo Lake, the Wai-
kato River, and the Otumuheke Block 2650 links,
and the Otumuheke Stream flowing into the River
Waikato, and again by the Waikato River: save and
excepting 27,440 acres, more or less, now held in free-
hold tenure by the Crown; as shown by the plan of
the block in the Survey Office, Auckland.

TAHARUA.

All that block or parcel of land in the Upper
Mohaka District, in the Provincial District of Wel-
lington, known by the name of Taharua. Bounded
on the South by the Mohaka River; on the East by
the Wharetoto Block; on the North by a portion of
the said Wharetoto Block and survey lines running
from the mouth of Te Wai-o-te-Whana Stream to
the bush near Patehe; and on the West by survey
lines running generally along the edge of the forest,
from near Patehe to the Mohaka River: save and
excepting 13,900 acres, more or less, now held in free-
hold tenure by the Crown; as shown by the plan of
the block in the Survey Office, Auckland.

AORANGIWAI No. 1.

All that block or parcel of land in the Poverty
Bay District, in the Provincial District of Auckland,
containing by admeasurement 1,856 acres, more or
less, known by the name of Aorangiwai No. 1.
Bounded on the North by the Motupotaka Stream,
the Aorangi Block, the Kurutuawhiti Stream, and
surveyed lines separating Native land; thence on
the East by the Aorangiwai Stream; thence on the
South by the Aorangiwai Stream and Aorangiwai
Block; thence on the West by surveyed lines sepa-
rating Native land to the starting point: save and
excepting 1,756 acres, more or less, now held in free-
hold tenure by the Crown; as shown by the plan of
the block in the Survey Office, Auckland.

TE NGAERE.

All that block or parcel of land in the Waiapu
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, con-
taining by admeasurement 1,440 acres, more or less,
known by the name of Te Ngaere. Bounded on the
North by the Aniwaniwa Block; thence on the East
by the Waitahaia River; thence on the South by the
Waitahaia River and Mangawainata Stream, and the
Aniwaniwa Block: save and excepting 1,425 acres,
more or less, now held in freehold tenure by the
Crown; as shown by the plan of the block in the
Survey Office, Auckland.

TE PAPATIPU.

All that block or parcel of land in the Waiapu
District, in the Provincial District of Auckland, con-
taining by admeasurement 23,412 acres, more or less,
known by the name of Te Papatipu. Bounded on
the North by the Tapuwaeroa River, the Mangarata
Stream, and thence by surveyed lines to Hikurangi
Mountain; thence on the East by the Arawhawhati
Block, the Makopapa Stream, Wainakia River, the
Whakaironui Block, the Ouhemahanga Block, the
Aniwaniwa Block, the Kauparoa Stream, and the
