All that parcel of land containing 50 acres, more
or less, being Reserve No. 235 (in red) on the map
of the Clarke Survey District. Bounded towards
the North by the Mahitahi to Haast Road; towards
the East by the said Mahitahi to Haast Road, and by
road along the Moeraki River; towards the South by
Pepene's Creek; and towards the West by a line
bearing due north.
All that parcel of land containing 250 acres, more
or less, being Reserve No. 231 (in red), Block II., on
the map of the Mount Douglas Survey District.
Bounded towards the North by the north boundary
of said district; on the East by road along the Mahi-
tahi River; on the South by the Mahitahi to Haast
River Road; and on the West by line bearing due
north and south.
All that parcel of land containing 200 acres, more
or less, being Reserve No. 229 (in red), Block XV.,
on the map of the Wataroa Survey District. Bounded
towards the West by the Okarito Road and by road
along the Wataroa River; towards the South by
boundary of Wataroa Survey District; towards the
East by a line at right angles with last-mentioned
boundary; and towards the North by a line parallel
with south boundary.
All that parcel of land containing 100 acres, more
or less, being Reserve No. 228 (in red), Block IV.,
on the map of the Wataroa Survey District. Bounded
towards the South by the Okarito Road; towards the
East by road along the Poerua River; towards the
North by a line 4000 links distant from and parallel
with Okarito Road; and towards the West by a line
at a right angle with last-mentioned boundary.
All that parcel of land containing 200 acres, more
or less, being Reserve No. 227 (in red), Block VII.,
on the map of the Mount Bonar Survey District.
Bounded towards the East by the Okarito Road;
towards the South by the said road; towards the
West by road along the Wanganui River; and
towards the North by a line bearing due east and
west.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this
fourteenth day of June, 1881.
Present:
HIS. EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by "The Arms Act, 1880," it is
enacted that the Governor from time to time
may appoint persons (thereinafter called Licensing
Officers) to issue ordinary licenses in the forms or
to the effect respectively set forth in the First Sche-
dule to the said Act, and that there shall be paid to
every Licensing Officer the fees set forth in the
Second Schedule; and that the Governor in
Council may, in any case when he thinks it proper,
alter and vary the said fees, or any of them, but so
as not to exceed the amounts thereby fixed: And
whereas it is desirable to alter or vary the fees pay-
able to the Licensing Officer as hereinafter declared:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of New Zealand, and in exercise and pur-
suance of all powers and authorities enabling him
in this behalf, doth hereby order and declare that
the fee payable to the Licensing Officer for a license
in Form B in the Schedule to the said "Arms Act,
1880," shall be the sum of two pounds, excepting by
dealers or persons in the Towns of 'Auckland, Short-
land, Grahamstown, Napier, Wellington, Wanganui,
New Plymouth, Nelson, Blenheim, Westport, Grey-
mouth, Hokitika, Lyttelton, Christchurch, Timaru,
Oamaru, Dunedin, and Invercargill, who shall con-
tinue to pay to the Licensing Officer for a license in
the said form the fee mentioned in the Schedule to
the said "Arms Act, 1880," and that this Order in
Council shall come into force on and after the thir-
teenth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-one.

Lammerlaw Rabbit District, County of Tuapeka,
constituted.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this
fourteenth day of June, 1881.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN exercise of the powers vested in him by "The
Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1880," His Excellency the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said colony, doth hereby constitute the district
described in the Schedule hereto a rabbit district
under the said Act; and doth declare that the name
of the said district shall be the Lammerlaw Rabbit
District: And, in further exercise of the said powers,
doth hereby appoint
JAMES THOMAS BRYANT
to be Returning Officer to conduct the first election
of Trustees for the said district; and doth also
appoint the Public Schoolhouse, Dunkeld, to be the
place, and Saturday, the sixteenth day of July next,
at two o'clock p.m., to be the time, for holding such
first elections.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, bounded towards the North by the Vincent
County; towards the North-east by the said county,
the Maniototo County, and the Taieri County;
towards the East by the said Taieri County; towards
the South-east by the Bruce County to the Clutha
River (as the said counties are described in "The
Counties Act, 1876"); and towards the West by
the said Clutha River to the Vincent County afore-
said.

BY virtue and in pursuance of the power and au-
thority vested in me by the fourth and sixth
sections of "The Licensing Act 1873 Amendment
Act, 1874," and of all other powers in this behalf
enabling me, I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Go-
vernor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
appoint the persons named in the Schedule hereto
to be Members of the Licensing Court for the
Licensing District of Taupo, in lieu of the persons
appointed by warrant dated the twenty-second day
of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty, and
the said persons hereby appointed shall, with the
