THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

KAINGAROA No. 1.
All that parcel of land at Rotorua, in the District
of Rotorua, in the Provincial District of Auckland,
known by the name of Kaingaroa No. 1, containing
by admeasurement 104,480 acres, more or less.
Bounded towards the North by lines, 117720 links;
towards the East and South-east by the Rangitaiki
River, by Te Karamuramu Block and lines 52300
links, and by the said river; and towards the West
by the Kaingaroa No. 2 Block, the Paeroa East
Block, and lines, 133961 links: excepting two Native
Reserves known as the Oruatewehi Bush, containing
470 acres, more or less, and the Rangipo Block, con-
taining 670 acres, more or less.
10391 links, and by the Waingarepo Stream; and
towards the West by the Waipaoa River.

WHAREKOPAE.
All that parcel of land in the District of Poverty
Bay, in the Provincial District of Auckland, known
by the name of Wharekopae, containing by ad-
measurement 16,566 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the North by the Waikohu Matawai Block,
37739 links, 14448 links, and 32375 links; towards
the East by the Hihiroroa Block, 4337 links and
12992 links; towards the South by the Wharekopae
No. 2 Block 21613 links, thence by the Makaretu
Stream to its junction with the Ngatapa Stream,
thence ascending the Ngatapa Stream to its inter-
section with the boundary of Wharekopae No. 1
Block, thence by said boundary 3305 links, 718
links, and 29038 links; towards the West by a sur-
veyed line, 22000 links, to Maungatapere, the point
of commencement.

KAINGAROA No. 2 (PART OF).
All that parcel of land in the District of Taupo, in
the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by
admeasurement 91,529 acres, more or less, being a
portion of the Kaingaroa No. 2 Block. Bounded
towards the North-east by a line, 75147 links; towards
the East and South-east by a line 30000 links, and
by the Rangitaiki River; towards the South-west by
the Tauhara Middle Block, 45636 links; and towards
the West by the western portion of the Kaingaroa
No. 2 Block aforesaid, 6293, 25618, 120622 links
respectively.

WAIKOHU MATAWAI.
All those portions of the Waikohu Matawai Block
situate in the District of Poverty Bay, in the Pro-
vincial District of Auckland, known as Patoromu
and Rawiri Noti's Reserve, containing 900 acres,
more or less, and Wiremu Kingi Tutehuarangi's
Reserve, containing 1,300 acres, more or less.

TAUHARA MIDDLE.
All those two pieces of land in the District of
Taupo, in the Provincial District of Auckland, being
portions of the Tauhara Middle Block, containing
together 14,440 acres, more or less. One piece
bounded towards the North-east by the Tauhara
North Block, 34950 links; towards the East by lines,
54467 links; towards the South by a line, 24830
links; and towards the West by Lake Taupo,
Moana, the Waikato River, the Otumuheke Block
2650 links, by the Otumuheke Stream, and again by
the Waikato River: excepting two Native reserves
known respectively as Waipahihi and Patuiwi, and
containing by admeasurement 146 acres and 75 acres,
more or less. The other piece bounded towards the
North by a line, 9661 links; towards the East and
South-east by lines, 7249 links; and towards the
South-west and West by lines, 9653 links.

PARITU NO. 1.
All that parcel of land in the District of Poverty
Bay, in the Provincial District of Auckland, known
by the name of Paritu No. 1, containing by ad-
measurement 1,320 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the North by surveyed lines, 1743 links,
7202 links, 378 links, and 870 links; towards the
West by surveyed lines, 416 links, 980 links, 570
links, 1513 links, 2011 links, 311 links, 421 links,
372 links, 476 links, 750 links, 785 links, 358 links,
2455 links, 328 links, 193 links, 264 links, 260 links,
322 links, 187 links, 263 links, 137 links, 168 links,
174 links, 180 links, 438 links, 756 links, 129 links,
and 272 links; towards the South by the Paritu
Block and the Waiau Stream; towards the East by
the Gisborne and Mahia Road to Wharerata, the
point of commencement.

LOT 15, PARISH OF MATATA.
All that parcel of land in the District of Matata,
in the Provincial District of Auckland, known as
Allotment No. 15 of the Parish of Matata, containing
by admeasurement 700 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the North by a road 100 links wide, 1354
links and 2419 links; towards the East by Allotment
No. 16, 18500 links; towards the South by Allotment
No. 23, 3740 links; and towards the West by Allot-
ment No. 12, 18970 links.

TAKARAROA No. 1.
All that parcel of land in the District of Poverty
Bay, in the Provincial Distaict of Auckland, known
by the name of Takararoa No. 1, containing by
admeasurement 1,000 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the North by the Takararoa Block; towards'
the West by the Waiau River; towards the South
by the Mangahouhourika Stream and surveyed lines,
422 links and 2700 links, to the sea-coast at Hamo-
ringa; thence by the sea-coast to Motuhorokaka, the
point of commencement.

RANGIWHAKAOMA No. 3.
All that parcel of land at Tauranga, in the Pro-
vincial District of Auckland, known by the name of
Rangiwhakaoma No. 3, containing by admeasurement
2 acres 1 rood, more or less. Bounded towards the
North by the Rangiwhakaoma No. 4 Block, 810
links; towards the East by the Bay of Plenty;
towards the South by the Rangiwhakaoma No. 2
Block, 650 links; and towards the West by the
Waikorere Block, 321 links.

MANGAORONGO.
All that parcel of land in the District of Poverty
Bay, in the Provincial District of Auckland, known
by the name of Mangaorongo, containing by ad-
measurement 942 acres, more or less. Bounded
towards the North and North-west by the Waipaoa
Block, 19211 links; towards the East by the said
Block, 7406 links; towards the South-east by the
Mangaorongo Stream, by the said Waipaoa Block |

Honorable Arthur Hamilton Gordon,
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Dis-
tinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Her Majesty's High
Commissioner for the Western Pacific,
Governor and Commander-in-Chief in
and over Her Majesty's Colony of New
Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-
Admiral of the same; and issued under
the Seal of the said Colony, at the
Government House, at Wellington, this
fourteenth day of June, in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-one.
