land two miles square within the Thirteen-Mile
Bush; the easternmost corner to touch the northern-

more or less, situated in the Kowai Survey District,
Provincial District of Canterbury, being a rectangular
block of land 226 chains from north-east to south-

more or less, situated in the Kowai Survey District,
Provincial District of Canterbury, being a rectangular
block of land 215 chains from north-east to south-

Section No. 22396 included in the above-described.

East by Section No. 6, Block IX., 18815 links;
towards the South-east by reserve along the Waikou-
aiti River, 560 links; towards the South by Section
No. 10, Block XI., 14172 links; and towards the
West by the Silver Peak District, 15360 links: as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plans in
the Survey Office, Dunedin. For the growth and
preservation of timber.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 1,407 acres 1 rood
9 perches, more or less, situated in the Waikouaiti
District, being Section No. 10, Block XI., on the
map of the said district. Bounded towards the North
by Section No. 2, Block X., 14172 links; towards
the South-east by reserve along the Waikouaiti River,
17500 links; towards the South by Block III.,
North Harbour and Blueskin District, and reserve
for Dunedin Water Supply, Silver Peak District,
8015 links; and towards the West by Silver Peak
District, 12523 links: as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the maps in the Survey Office,
Dunedin. For the growth and preservation of timber.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 39 acres 3 roods 21
perches, more or less, situated in the North Harbour
and East by a road-line, 1656.7 links; towards the
South-east by Section No. 63 of Block VIII. of said
district, 2911 links; and towards the West by Sections
Nos. 1 and 2 of Block V., Dunedin and East Taieri
District, 2766 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less. For the growth and preservation of
timber.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 410 acres 3 roods 19
perches, more or less, situated in the Dunedin
and East Taieri District, and being Sections respec-
tively Nos. 1, 2, 60, and 77 of Block V. of said
district. Bounded towards the North by Section
No. 18 of Block III., North Harbour and Blueskin
District, 5100 links; towards the East by Sections
respectively Nos. 64 and 65 of Block VIII., North
Harbour and Blueskin District, 2766 links, also by
Section No. 80 of Block V., Dunedin and East
Taieri District, 3910 links; towards the South-east
by said Section No. 80, 1170 links, also by Sections
respectively Nos. 63 and 78 of Block V., Dunedin
Taieri District, 8138 links; towards the
South-west by said Section No. 63 2130 links, by a
road-line 200 links, by another road-line 2200 links,
also by the first-mentioned road-line 1500 links; and
towards the West and North-west by Section No. 9 of

containing by admeasurement 200 acres, more or less,
situated in the North Harbour and Blueskin Dis-
trict, being Sections respectively Nos. 44, 66, 67, 68,
69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, and 75, Block VIII., North
Harbour and Blueskin District. Bounded towards
the North by Block III., 9814 links; towards the
East by Block XII., 1206 links; towards the South-
east by Section No. 55, Block VIII., 5088.9 links;
towards the South-west by Sections Nos. 43 and 57,
4500 links; again towards the South-east by Section
No. 57, 2300 links; and again towards the South-
west by Section No. 63, 2120 links: as the same is
more particularly delineated on the maps in the
Survey Office, Dunedin. For the growth and pre-
servation of timber.
SOUTHLAND.
All that portion of the Longwood Survey District,
containing by admeasurement 50,250 acres, more or
less, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the
summit of Mount Ferdunlaw; thence by a line
running due south till it meets the northern boundary
of Block XIX. of Jacob's River Hundred; thence by
a line running due west, 120 chains; thence by a
line running due south till it meets the northern
boundaries of Blocks X., VII., and V. of Longwood
District; thence due West till it strikes the eastern
boundary of Block II.; thence due North along the
eastern boundary of Block II. of said district; thence
due West along the northern boundary of said block;
thence by the eastern boundary of Block I., and a
line in continuation thereof, to the northern boundary
of Longwood District; and thereafter by a line
running due east to starting point. For the growth
and preservation of timber.
