Wairaukau Creek; towards the South by a line,
19600 links; and towards the West by a line, 8000

All that parcel of land situated in Blocks IX.
and XIII., Takahue Survey District, Provincial Dis-
trict of Auckland, containing 4,160 acres, more or
less. Bounded towards the North by the Kaitaia
Block, 4050 links and 4200 links; towards the East
by lines, 14450 links, 5000 links, and 11900 links;
towards the South by Sections Nos. 19, 33, and 30 of
Block VII., Whangape Survey District, and by a
line, 20000 links; and towards the West and North-
west by lines, 1600 links and 32500 links, to the
point of commencement. For the growth and pre-
servation of timber.

All that parcel of land situated in Blocks VI.,
VII., IX., and X., Maungataniwha Survey District,
Provincial District of Auckland, containing 3,097
acres, more or less. Bounded-Generally towards
the North by lines, 26150 links, 8000 links, 17600
links, and 16100 links; towards the East by Lots Nos.
37 and 41, Parish of Maungataniwha East, 3000 links,
850 links, and 2150 links; thence generally towards
the South-east and South by lines, 68100 links, 4480
links, 2560 links, 4380 links, 1200 links, and 1300
links, to the point of commencement, the latter
linkages including Lot 124, Parish of Maungataniwha.

TARANAKI.

All that area in the Provincial District of Taranaki,
comprised within a circle formed with a radius of six
miles around the summit of Mount Egmont, con-
taining 72,382 acres. For the growth and preserva-
tion of timber.

HAWKE'S BAY.

All that parcel of land in the Norsewood and
Makaretu Survey Districts, Provincial District of
Hawke's Bay, containing 5,200 acres, more or less.
Bounded-Eastward by road reserves and Sections
Nos. 21, 22, and 29, Block III., Norsewood Survey Dis-
trict, 18115 links; South-eastward by the Maungate-
wainui Stream, 7200 links or thereabouts; South-
ward by the Te Ohu Block, 31000 links or there-
abouts; Westward along the watershed of the
Ruahine Mountains, by the Wellington Provincial
District, 19500 links or thereabouts; Northward on
a right line to the source of the Manawatu River, at
Trig. Station 86A, by Native land, 15000 links or
thereabouts, and by the Manawatu River 14000
links or thereabouts. For the growth and preser-
vation of timber.

All that parcel of land in the Tahoraite Survey Dis-
trict, Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, containing
8,900 acres, more or less. Bounded-Southward by
the Provincial District of Wellington, 426 chains or
thereabouts; Eastward by the Mangatoro Stream;
Northward by an education reserve, 254 chains or
thereabouts; on the West by Block XIV., Tahoraite
Survey District, 176 chains or thereabouts; again on
the North by Block XIV., Tahoraite Survey District,
250 chains; again on the West by Sections Nos. 5, 4,
3, 2, and 1, Block VIII., Tahoraite Survey District,
117 chains 80 links. For the growth and preserva-
tion of timber.

All that parcel of land in the Woodville Survey
District, Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, con-
taining 5,900 acres, more or less. Bounded-East-
ward by Sections Nos. 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24, Wood-
ville Special Settlement, Block XII., Woodville Survey
District, 9589 links, and by a public road and Sections
Nos. 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20, Bush Mills Special Settle-
ment, Block V., Woodville Survey District, 10798 links;
Southward by a road reserve and Sections Nos. 20, 14,
13, 12, and 11, Bush Mills Special Settlement, Block V.,
Woodville Survey District, 17033 links; again North-
eastward and Eastward by public roads and Sections
Nos. 28, 27, and 1, Victoria Special Settlement, Block
X., Woodville Survey District, 15872 links; North
wards by the Maharahara Block, 14200 links or there-
abouts; Westward by the Provincial District of
Wellington 43500 links or thereabouts, and by the
Manawatu River 50 chains or thereabouts; again on
the South by Crown lands, 70 chains or thereabouts.
For the growth and preservation of timber.

All that parcel of land in the Makaretu, Rua-
taniwha, and Wakarara Survey Districts, in the
Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, containing
67,400 acres, more or less. Bounded-Eastward by
an education reserve, 207 chains or thereabouts;
thence by Crown lands along right lines from the
north-western corner of the education reserve afore-
said to Trig. Station 111, Wakarara District, 921
chains or thereabout from Trig. Station 111 to the
junction of Waipawa and Makarora Rivers, 371
chains or thereabouts; thence by Crown lands on a
north and south line to the boundary between the
Wakarara and Ngaruroro Survey Districts, 536
chains; Northward by Crown lands along the boun-
dary between the Ngaruroro and Wakarara Survey
Districts, 304 chains or thereabouts; Westward along
the watershed of the Ruahine Mountains to the
source of the centre branch of the Makaretu River,
and by the Wellington Provincial District; South-
ward by the centre branch of the Makaretu River to
its junction with the main stream, and by the main
stream of the Makaretu River to the starting point.
For the growth and preservation of timber.

WELLINGTON.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial
District of Wellington, containing about 36,400 acres,
in the Waiohine, Eritonga, and Akatarawa Survey
Districts. Bounded towards the North by a line,
about 65000 links; towards the East by the summit
of the watershed between the Tauherenikau and
Waiohine Rivers, and by a line, about 60500 links;
towards the South by lines, about 90500 links; and
towards the West by lines, about 53000 links: as the
same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office
of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington. Excepting and
always reserving any Native reserves or other allotted
sections of land falling within the said area. For the
growth and preservation of timber.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial
District of Wellington, containing about 13,800 acres,
in the Pakuratahi and Akatarawa Survey Districts,
