by the sixth section of "The Public Reserves Act
Amendment Act, 1878," doth hereby declare that,
from and after the day of the date hereof, the said
reserve shall become vested in the said Mayor, Coun-
cillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Campbell-
town, in trust, subject to the right of the Government
and the Bluff Harbour Board to remove any stone
therefrom that they may require.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land situated in Block I. aforesaid,
containing by admeasurement 55 acres, more or less,
being part of Section No. 24 of said Block I. of the
Campbelltown Hundred. Bounded towards the
North-east by a public road, 1170 links; towards
the South-east by Section No. 7 of said block, 4960
links; towards the West-south-west by a public road,
1274 links; and towards the North-west by Section
No. 23 of said block, 4510 links. Also all that parcel
of land situated in Block I. aforesaid, containing by
admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, and being other
part of said Section No. 24. Bounded towards the
East-north-east by a public road, 1274 links; towards
the South-east by Section No. 7 aforesaid, 255 links;
towards the South-west by the road reserve running
in an irregular line along the high-water mark of
Foveaux Straits; and towards the North-west by
Section No. 23 aforesaid, 540 links.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by "The Government Insurance and
Annuities Act, 1874," the Governor, by Order
in Council, shall have power from time to time to
appoint the place where the office of the Commis-
sioner shall be:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor, in
exercise and pursuance of the power vested in him
by the said Act, and by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of New Zealand,
doth hereby appoint the buildings hitherto known
as the Provincial Buildings, situated on Custom-
house Quay, in the City of Wellington, as the place
where the office of the Commissioner shall be.

Exempting certain Telegraph Stations from Extra
Charges.

twenty-fifth day of May, 1881.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
HIS Excellency the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
powers vested in the Governor by "The Electric
Telegraph Act, 1875," and of all other powers en-
abling him in that behalf, doth, with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of New Zealand,
hereby make the regulation contained in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE.
All telegrams despatched to or forwarded from the
under-mentioned stations shall be exempt from the
extra charge of sixpence on each telegram, imposed
by Order in Council dated the 30th day of October,
1880.

Land temporarily reserved in the Land Districts of
Auckland and Otago.
ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.
WHEREAS by the one hundred and forty-fourth
section of "The Land Act, 1877," it is enacted
that the Governor may from time to time, either by
general or particular description, and whether the
same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale
temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be
then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands
which, in his opinion, are required for any of the
purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise
and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve
from sale the land in the Land Districts of Auck-
land and Otago, described in the Schedule hereunder
written, for the purposes in the said Schedule
specified.

ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 9 acres 1 rood 26 perches, more or less,
situated in the Provincial District of Auckland, and
being Section No. 63 of the Suburbs of Te Aroha,
