Gold Fields Notices.

Gold-Mining Lease to be granted.

IN conformity with the thirty-seventh section of
"The Mines Act, 1877," and with the regulations
made under that Act for the granting of leases for
gold-mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it is
intended to grant a lease of Crown lands for gold-
mining purposes to the applicant specified in the
annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid objec-
tions against such lease.

Objections to the granting of such lease, stating
the grounds of objection, must be made in writing,
and lodged with the Warden at Ahaura on or
before the 9th day of June, 1881.

Copy of the application made and plan annexed
may be seen at the Warden's Office at Ahaura.

SCHEDULE.

APPLICANT: James Sinnott (for Larkins and Party).
Style under which it is intended to conduct the
business: "Larkins and Party." 5 acres, at Try
Again Terrace, between Elb's and Galloway's gold-
mining leases, Ahaura, Grey, in the Nelson South-
West Mining District.

Given under my hand, at Nelson, this seven-
teenth day of May, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-one.

antimony-mining purposes to the applicant specified
in the annexed Schedule.
