THE Crown lands as under will be open for appli-
cation for cash, at the prices named, on Monday,
the 20th June next, and every lawful day there-
after until sold, at the Land Offices, Carlyle, Hawera,
and New Plymouth.

Description of the Land. - This land is situate on
the sea-coast, near Cape Egmont, twenty-two to
twenty-five miles south of the town of New Ply-
mouth. A good metalled road, being part of the
main coast-line from Hawera to New Plymouth,
forms the eastern boundary of the block. The land
is level and open, well watered, and fertile.
Terms of sale: One-fourth of the purchase-money
to be paid on application, and the balance to the
Receiver of Land Revenue at New Plymouth within
one calendar month from date of application, other-
wise the deposit will be forfeited, and the contract
for the sale of the land thenceforth will be null and
void. Crown-grant fees to be paid on completion of
the purchase. In the event of two or more applica-
tions for the same land being made on the same day,
the upset price at which such land shall be put up at
auction shall be the price stated above.
The above sections have been temporarily withheld
from sale, but they are now offered to the public,
with the unsold sections in Blocks IV. and VIII.,
which were opened for sale for cash on the 4th of
April last.
