DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
between the undersigned HENRY WISE and
JAMES CAFFIN, and the undersigned PETER WILLIAM
HUTTON, in the Bookselling and Stationery business
carried on by them at Timaru, under the designation
of "P. W. Hutton and Company," has been this day
dissolved by mutual consent. The business will
henceforth be carried on by Peter William Hutton,

for his own exclusive benefit, under the like designa-
tion. He is to receive all debts due to, and to pay all
debts due by, the late firm.

INCORPORATION OF TRUSTEES OF THE CHURCH
OF THE PROVINCE OF NEW ZEALAND, COM-
MONLY CALLED THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.

In the matter of a Bill intituled "An Act incorpora-
ting all existing and future Trustees of Property,
held upon trust for the Church of the Province of
New Zealand, commonly called the Church of
England."

NOTICE is hereby given that application is in-
tended to be made at the next session of the
General Assembly of New Zealand, by petition, for
leave to bring in a Bill to incorporate Trustees of
Property, held upon trust for the Church of England,
in New Zealand, and for other purposes.
Copies of the Bill will be deposited in the Private
Bill Office on or before the commencement of the
session.

It is intended to empower the General Synod of
the said Church, and also the Synods of the several
dioceses, in regard to properties respectively under
the control of such Synods, to make regulations for
the appointment and removal of trustees of such
properties, and generally to regulate their pro-
ceedings.
To validate existing regulations of Synod in refer-
ence thereto.
To constitute such trustees or bodies corporate
with a common seal and perpetual succession.
To vest properties of the said Church, subject to
existing trusts, in such bodies corporate.
To confer upon such bodies corporate, subject to
the control of Synod, powers of selling, exchanging,
mortgaging, leasing, and otherwise disposing of such
properties.

It is intended to repeal the following Acts:—
"The Bishop of New Zealand Trust Act, 1858.
No. XVII.;"
"The Bishop of New Zealand Trusts Act, 1868.
No. VII.;"
"The Church of England Lands Building Leases
Act, 1872. No. L.:"
But not so as to effect property belonging to or held
in trust for the General Synod.
