ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to
provide for the maintenance and care of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.

road, 1190 links; thence Westerly by a
line, 880 links; thence Northerly by a
line, 1160 links; thence generally Easterly
by a public road to commencing point,
235 and 682 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is de-
lineated on the official maps in the Survey
Office, Auckland.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this thirteenth day of April,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
one.
