Otago, containing by admeasurement 55 acres 1 rood
3 perches, more or less, situate in the Toitois District,
and being Section No. 30, Block VIII, of said dis-
trict. Bounded towards the North-east by Section
No. 18 of same block, 2726.7 links; towards the
South-east by said Section No. 18, 593.3 links and
1586.8 links; towards the West, North-west, and
North by a road-line, 4185 links approximate: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less; and intersected by
a road-line 100 links wide. As a signal-station
reserve.

SOUTHLAND.

All that parcel of land in the Land District of
Southland, containing 5 acres, more or less, being
Section 175, Wairio District. Bounded on the West
by Section 41 of said district, 500 links; on the
North by Sections 41 and 39 of said district, 1000
links; on the East by Crown lands, 500 links; and
on the South by Crown lands, 1000 links. For a
cemetery.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this fifth day of April, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-one.
