of Otago, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and
15 perches, more or less, situate partly in the Fraser
District and partly within the boundaries of the
Township of Alexandra, and being respectively
Section No. 6, Block I., Fraser District, and Sec-
tion No. 1, Block XVII., Township of Alexandra.
