SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND.
ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 1 rood 2 perches, more or less, and
being Allotment No. 115, Section No. 11, of the Vil-
lage of Papakura, in the Parish of Opaheke, Drury
Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east
by a road-line, 215 links; towards the South-east by
Allotment No. 116, 200 links; towards the West by
the Great South Road, 280 links; and towards the
North-west by a road-line, 39 links: be all the afore-
said linkages more or less. As a site for a library.
OTAGO.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 6
perches, more or less, situate in the Nevis District,
being Section No. 4 on the map of the said district.
Bounded as follows: Commencing at a point distant
5744.6 links north and 29180.6 links west of Trig
Station L, Bannockburn District; thence towards the
South-east by Crown lands, 650 links; towards the
North-east by Crown lands, 737.7 links; towards
the North-west by Crown lands, 650 links; and
toward the South-west by Crown lands, 737.7 links:
as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plans in the Survey Office, Dunedin. As a reserve
for a bridge site.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this tenth day of March, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-one.

Season for Shooting Native Game in Provincial
District of Auckland.
ARTHUR H. GORDON, Governor.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by "The
Animals Protection Act, 1880," I, Arthur Hamil-
ton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, do hereby declare that the native game
mentioned in the Schedule hereto may be taken or
killed, within the Provincial District of Auckland,
during the period between the first day of April, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, and the
thirty-first day of July, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty-one, both inclusive.
SCHEDULE.
WILD duck of any species, bittern, pied stilt plover,
wild geese, dotterell, native pigeon, teal, black stilt
plover, quail.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twelfth day of March, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-one.
