Trustees appointed for Maintenance of the Rangitikei
Public Cemetery.

ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column
of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for
the maintenance and care of the public cemetery
specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

William Jarvis Willis. RANGITIKEI.
David Ross Lewers, All that parcel of land in the Pro-
James Bull. vincial District of Wellington, con-
taining by admeasurement 3 acres,
more or less, being part of Block III.,
on the plan of the Rangitikei District.
Bounded towards the West and North
by other portions of Block III., 550
links and 1100 links respectively; and
towards the South by the Rangitikei
River, 1250 links: be the aforesaid
measurements more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this nineteenth day of Decem-
ber, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-one.

Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several per-
sons whose names are specified in the first column of
the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the
maintenance and care of the public cemetery speci-
fied in the second column of the said Schedule.

No. 1224 (in red), 1612 links; Eastward
by Reserve No. 885 (in red), 694 links;
and Southward and Westward by road-
lines and numbered 2493 (in red) on
the official map in the Survey Office,
Christchurch.

Trustees appointed for Maintenance of the Upper
Motueka Public Cemetery.

the said district, and being part No. 6
on Arthur Robert Oliver's plan of the
village reserves in the said District of
Motueka Valley. Bounded on the North-
west and North-east by other part of the
said Section No. 1; on the South-east by
part No. 7 on the plan of the said village
reserves; and on the South-west by a
public road running through the said
Rural Section No. 1.
