Trustees appointed for Maintenance of Eyreton
Public Cemetery.
ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to
provide for the maintenance and care of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the fourth section of
"The Cemetries Management Act, 1877," I, Arthur
Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby appoint
WILLIAM HOCKEN RUNDLE and
HUGH DONALDSON
to be Trustees, in the place of Norman P. Thompson,
deceased, and James Moore, resigned, to provide for
the maintenance and care of the Waterton Public
Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons
appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excel-
lency the Governor on the nineteenth day of Novem-
ber, one thousand eight hundred and eighty.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this nineteenth day of Decem-
ber, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-one.

Cemetery.

IN conformity with the provisions of the fourth
section of "The Wyndham Cemetery Act, 1878,"
and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the second section of
"The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, Arthur
Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons
whose names are specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the
maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified
in the second column of the said Schedule.
