- I am the Manager of the said intended Com-
pany. - The above statement is, to the best of my belief

General Assembly of New Zealand intituled "The
Justices of the Peace Act, 1866."

register the Hope Gold-Mining Company
(Limited) as a Limited Company under the provi-
sions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."
- The name of the Company is to be the Hope Gold-
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is on the Tokatea Range,
Coromandel. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Auckland. - The nominal capital of the Company is six thousand
pounds, in twelve thousand shares of ten shillings each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twelve thousand,
being the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
- The name of the Manager is Francis Angus White.
- The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders,
