Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of Pukekohe
Public Cemetery.
ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to
provide for the maintenance and care of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.

"The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, Arthur
Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby appoint
ARCHIBALD MACALISTER
to be Trustee, in the place of Frederick Hill, re-
signed, to provide for the maintenance and care of
the Lumsden Public Cemetery, in conjunction with
the other persons appointed by warrant under the
hand of His Excellency the Governor on the twen-
tieth day of December, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty.

of the General Assembly intituled "The Crown
Grants Act, 1866," I, Arthur Hamilton Gordon,
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do

Cadet Surveyor, of Wellington, to take and lay
down roads over the lands specified in the Schedule
hereto, and for that purpose to exercise all such
powers as by the said Act may be exercised by a
