Survey District, containing 1 rood 35 perches, more
or less. Bounded towards the North by Allot-
ments Nos. 306, 307, and 308, 274 links; towards
the East by Allotment No. 302, 175 links; towards
the South by Monmouth Street, 274 links; and
towards the West by Willow Street, 175 links: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is

perches, more or less. Bounded towards the North by
Main Street, 100 links; towards the East by Allot-
ment No. 2, 500 links; towards the South by Allot-
ment No. 30, 220 links; and towards the West by a
street, 515 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Auckland, containing 34 perches, more or less,
situated in the Village of Maketu, Maketu Survey
District. Bounded towards the North by a line,
91 links; towards the East by a line, 294 links;
towards the South by a line, 69 links; and
towards the West by a line adjoining road, 255
links, and a line, 55 links, to the point of commence-
ment: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

NELSON.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial
District of Nelson, containing by admeasurement 3
roods, be the same more or less, situated in the Town
of Collingwood, being Sections Nos. 50, 51, and
52 on the plan of the said town, and bounded as
follows: Northward by Wellington Terrace; East-
ward by Union Jack Street, 315 links; Southward
by Mermaid Street, 250 links; and Westward by a
road reserve along high-water mark of Aorere Har-
bour: as the same is delineated on the official maps in
the Survey Office, Nelson. For police purposes.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial
District of Nelson, containing by admeasurement 5
acres, be the same more or less, situated in the Land
District of Nelson, being Section No. 3, Block
IX., Waiwhero Survey District, and bounded as fol-
lows: On the Northward by Crown land, 1000 links;
on the Eastward by Crown land, 500 links; on the
Southward by Crown land, 1000 links; and on the
Westward by a road reserve along the high-water
mark of the South Pacific Ocean, 500 links; as the
same is delineated on the official maps in the Survey
Office, Auckland. For a school site.

CANTERBURY.

All those several parcels of land in the Spaxton

Survey District, Provincial District of Canterbury,
numbered respectively as under, on the official map
in the Survey Office, Christchurch. For gravel-pits.

No. 2480 (in red), 5 acres, more or less. Bounded
-South-eastward by the continuation of the road
south of Section No. 31696, 10 chains; South-west-
ward by road east of that section, 5 chains; and
North-westward and North-eastward by lines parallel
to the south-east and south-west boundaries.

No. 2481 (in red), 5 acres, more or less. Bounded
-North-westward by road south of Section No.
31840, 575 links; South-westward by road west of
Reserve No. 2010 (in red); South-eastward by said
reserve; and North-eastward by a line parallel to
the south-west boundary.

No. 2482 (in red), 5 acres, more or less. Bounded
-North-westward by Reserve No. 2010 (in red), 10
chains; North-eastward by a road, 5 chains; and
South-eastward and South-westward by lines parallel
to the north-west and north-east boundaries.

No. 2483 (in red), 5 acres, more or less. Bounded
-South-westward by the road north of Section No.
31376, 5 chains; South-eastward by a road, 10 chains;
and North-eastward and North-westward by lines
parallel to the south-west and south-east boundaries.

No. 2484 (in red), 5 acres, more or less. Bounded
-Westward by the road east of Section No. 23547,
1,250 links; North-westward by a line at right angles
to the western boundary; and Eastward by the road
west of Section No. 32643.

No. 2485 (in red), 5 acres, more or less. Bounded
---Northward by Section No. 32768, 10 chains;
Eastward by the road east of that section, 5 chains;
and Southward and Westward by lines parallel to
the northern and eastern boundaries.

Also all that parcel of land on the Selwyn River-
bed, Leeston Survey District, Provincial District of
Canterbury, containing 10 acres, more or less.
Bounded-North-eastward by the road on the north
bank of the River Selwyn; South-eastward by a line
bearing 54° 11′ (true), 10 chains; South-westward
by a line at right angles to the south-east boundary,
10 chains; and North-westward by a line parallel
thereto: and numbered 2487 (in red) on the official
map in the Survey Office, Christchurch. For a
gravel-pit.

OTAGO.

All that parcel of land in the Southland sub-
division of the Provincial District of Otago, contain-
ing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, being
Section No. 15, Block I., Calcium. Bounded towards
the North-east by Union Street, 150 links; towards
the South-east by Sections Nos. 16 and 17 of said
block, 333 links; towards the South-west by Section
No. 2 of said block, 150 links; and towards the North-
west by Section No. 14 of said block, 333 links: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is
delineated on the maps in the Survey Office, Inver-
cargill. For a public hall.

All that parcel of land in the Southland division
of the Provincial District of Otago, containing by ad-
measurement 17 acres 1 rood 1 perch, more or less,
being Section No. 109, Block XV., Invercargill Hun-
dred. Bounded on the North by the West Plain Road,
704 links; on the East by a public road, 2455.2
links; on the South by a public road, 704 links; and
on the West by Section No. 110, of said block, 2155.2
links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as
the same is delineated on the official maps in the Sur-
vey Office, Invercargill. For a school site.

All that parcel of land in the Southland division
of the Provincial District of Otago, containing by ad-
measurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No.
241B on the map of the Hokonui Survey District.
