All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1
rood 28 perches, more or less, being the Rural Sec-
tion 41, West Clive. Bounded towards the North-
east by Section 34, 220 links; towards the South-east
by a public road, 2060 links; towards the South-west
by Section 40, 203 links; and towards the North-
west and West by the Ngaruroro River: as the same
is delineated on the map of West Clive, deposited in
the Survey Office, Napier. For road purposes.

CANTERBURY.

All that parcel of land in the Mairaki Survey Dis-
trict, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing
5 acres, more or less. Bounded-North-eastward by
the South Eyre Road, 4 chains; South-eastward by
a line at right angles to the north-east boundary, 10
chains; South-westward by a line parallel to the
north-east boundary; and North-westward by the
road west of Reserve 1133 (in red): and numbered
2462 (in red) on the official map in the Survey Office,
Christchurch. For a gravel-pit.

All that parcel of land in the Orari Survey Dis-
trict, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing
8 acres, more or less. Bounded-North-eastward by
the road south-west of Section 25669; South-east-
ward by Section 20272; and Westward by Lot 27
of Reserve 349 (in red): and numbered 2477 (in red)
on the official map in the Survey Office, Christ-

All that parcel of land in the Spaxton Survey Dis-
trict, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing
10 acres, more or less. Bounded-Westward by the
road east of Section 29535, 758 links; Northward by
Section 29544, 1320 links; and Eastward and South-
ward by lines parallel to the western and northern
boundaries: and numbered 2479 (in red) on the
official map in the Survey Office, Christchurch. For

All that piece or parcel of land in the Southland
Division of the Provincial District of Otago, contain-
ing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 24 perches,
Longbush Township. Bounded towards the North
by a public road, 676 links; on the East by Section
29 of said township, 349 links; towards the South-
east by the south-east boundary of the said township,
700 links; and on the West by Section 31 of the said
township, 775 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less; as the same is delineated on the map
in the Survey Office, Invercargill. For a cemetery.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Otago, containing 6 acres 2 roods 30 perches,
more or less, being Section 5, Block I., on the map
of the Waimatuku Township. Bounded towards the
North-east by the Limestone Plains Road, 650 links;
towards the South-east by Deal Street, 892-3 links;
towards the South-west by Newark Street, 705-2
links; and towards the North-west by Section 4 of
the aforesaid block, 1165-8 links: be all the aforesaid

Otago, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood
29 perches, more or less, being Section 5, Block XI.,
on the map of the Waimatuku Township. Bounded
towards the North-east by Newark Street, 232 links
and 502-4 links; again towards the North-east by
Oldham Street, 4405 links; towards the South-west
by Sections 1 and 2 of aforesaid block, 1000-7 links;
and towards the North-west by Section 4 of aforesaid

more or less, being Section 58, Block IV., on the
map of the Jacob's River Hundred. Bounded on
the North by Section 57 of the aforesaid block, 1318
links; towards the South-east by Sections 33 and
33A of the aforesaid block, 2199 links; towards the
South by the road reserve along the bank of the
Aparima River; and towards the West by a public
road, 1810 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods,
more or less, being Section 35 on the map of the
Aparima Hundred. Bounded towards the North by
a public road, 1263-3 links and 1248 links; towards
the South-east by a road reserve along the high bank
of the Aparima River; and towards the South-west
by part of Section 28 of the aforesaid hundred, 210
links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

2 roods, more or less, being a reserve and part of
Wrey's Bush Township. Bounded on the North by
Regent Street, 933-3 links; towards the East by the
flood bank of the Aparima River; towards the South
by Fitzroy Street, 549 links; and on the West by
Sections 10 and 11 of Block III., Dover Street, of
the said township, and Sections 11 and 12 of Block
II. of the said township, 2445-4 links: be all the

All that area in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less,
being Section 11, Block XII., in the Town of
Arrowtown. Bounded towards the North-east by
Buckingham Street, 100 links; towards the South-
east by Crown lands, 250 links; towards the South-west
by Crown lands, 100 links; and towards the North-
west by Camp Lane, 250 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the
plan deposited in the Survey Office, Dunedin. As
a site for a drill-shed, being a purpose of public
defence.
