Street, 795 links; and towards the West by Sections
12 and 18, 1083.4 links; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plans of the said town
in the Survey Office, Dunedin. For a recreation-
ground.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by
admeasurement 4 acres, more or less, situate in the
Township of Kelso, and being Sections 6 and 7,
Block II., on the map of the said township. Bounded
towards the North by Section 5 of Block II., Green-
vale District, 848 links; towards the East by Section
8 of Block II. of the said Township of Kelso, 472
links; towards the South by Cheviot Street, 848
links; towards the West by Section 5 of Block II. of
the said township, 472 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less. As a site for a school.
