Plymouth Harbour Board to alter the design of the
said breakwater, and build it in concrete in lieu of
rubble: And whereas they have submitted plans
for so doing for the approval of the Governor in
Council, in accordance with the provisions of "The
Harbours Act, 1878": And whereas it has been
made to appear to the Governor in Council that the
said works will not be, or tend to, the injury of
navigation:
Now, therefore, the Administrator of the Govern-
ment of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said colony, doth hereby approve of the plans marked
M.D. 404, 405, 406, 407, for a breakwater to be built
of concrete at New Plymouth. The breakwater to
be carried out to the line marked YY on the said
plan M.D. 404, the line of said breakwater being the
same as that shown on the plan marked M.D. 253.
Provided, however, that the Harbour Board afore-
said may, if they think fit, make that portion of the
breakwater which extends to low-water mark of ordi-
nary spring tides in rubble, in accordance with the
cross-section shown on plan M.D. 255 aforesaid.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this
twenty-eighth day of September, 1880.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by "The Supreme Court Act, 1860,"
it is enacted that there shall be held Circuit
Courts for the despatch of civil and criminal business
of the Court before one of the Judges thereof, at
such places and times as the Governor in Council
may from time to time appoint:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said colony, in pursuance and exercise
of the power and authority vested in him by "The
Supreme Court Act, 1860," doth hereby appoint that
there shall be held in the Wellington District, at the
Supreme Courthouse at Wellington, on Monday, the
twenty-ninth day of November next, a Circuit Court
for the despatch of civil and criminal business of the
said Court.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this
fourth day of September, 1880.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the one hundred and first section
of "The Mines Act, 1877," it is enacted that
it shall be lawful for the Governor, by Order in
Council, from time to time to constitute for any
gold-mining districts, or for any two or more districts
or portions of districts, constituted under this Act,
or for any part or parts of any such district, a
Warden's Court for the administration of justice
therein, and any such Court to abolish, and such
Court may be held in any convenient place to be
fixed by the Governor, whether within or without
the boundaries of such district:
And whereas it is expedient that a Warden's
Court should be constituted for the Wairau Gold-
Mining District:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said
colony, and in pursuance and exercise of the power
and authority vested in him as aforesaid, doth hereby
constitute for the Wairau Gold-Mining District a
Warden's Court for the administration of justice
therein, and doth hereby appoint that such Court
shall be held at the Courthouse, Blenheim.

Appointing Trustees under Maori Real Estate Management Acts, 1867 and 1877.

twenty-eighth day of September, 1880.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by "The Maori Real Estate Management Act, 1867" (hereinafter called "the said Act"), it
is enacted that, if any title to or interest in any hereditaments shall accrue to any Maoris who or
any of whom shall be infants, lunatics, or under legal disability, it shall be lawful for the Governor in
Council, if he think fit, to order that such hereditaments, or any part thereof or interest therein, as shall to
the Governor in Council be shown to belong to such infant, or lunatic, or other person under legal dis-
ability, shall be vested in trustees, as the Governor in Council shall think fit:
And whereas by "The Maori Real Estate Management Act Amendment Act, 1877," it is provided that
in all cases in which no trustee of such estate of any infant Maori prior to the passing of the said last-
recited Act has been appointed, the Governor may appoint such trustee only on the recommendation of a
Judge of the Native Land Court:
And whereas in pursuance of orders bearing dates as contained in the first column of the Schedule
hereto, made by the Judges named in the second column thereof, the persons named in the third column
were recommended to the Governor as trustees under the said Acts on behalf of the persons named and
under the disability described in the fourth column, in respect of the lands described or referred to in the
fifth column:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the colony, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in him by the said Acts, doth hereby order that the interests and shares of the persons under
disability named in the Schedule hereto, in the several blocks of land referred to therein, shall be and remain
vested in the several persons named in the third column thereof as trustees, within the meaning and for the
