NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act,
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one month after the date of the Gazette con-
taining this notice.

  1. JAMES BRIGHTWELL BANKS.—1
    rood 37 perches, part of Lot 135, Christchurch
    Town Reserves. Occupied by Thomas Hancock.

  2. THOMAS HELLEWELL.—11 perches,

LAING, of Half-way Bush, near Dunedin, 584
Gentleman, FRANCIS GREGORY LAING, and
BASIL SIEVWRIGHT, both of Dunedin, Gentle-
men, claiming as Devisees under the will of DAVID
LAING, late of Dunedin, Settler, deceased, have ap-
plied to be registered as Proprietors of an estate in

Otago Peninsula District, and Allotment 3 on plan of

DONALD, of New River Hundred, Widow,
claiming as Administratrix of the estate and effects
of RONALD MACDONALD, late of New River Hun-
dred aforesaid, Farmer, deceased, has applied to be

New River Hundred; and that she will be so regis-
