NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT A
WATER-RACE.

Hedgehope, Tuapeka, 26th July, 1880.
To the Warden at Lawrence.
WE hereby give notice that we intend to con-
struct a Water-race to divert and use water for
mining purposes, commencing at a point five miles
from junction of Stoney Creek and Waipori River on
the afore-mentioned creek, and terminating at the
Waipori Antimony Reef, situated at and being on
Section 7, Hedgehope District. The length of such
race is one mile or thereabouts, and its intended
course is east. The mean depth of such race is 2 feet,
and the mean breadth is 3 feet, and it is proposed
to divert five Government-heads of water.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT A WATER-
RACE.

To the Mining Registrar at Naseby of the Mount
Ida Mining District, and all other persons whom
it may concern.
TAKE notice that it is intended to construct a
Water-race, and divert water for domestic,
irrigation, and machinery purposes, commencing in
the Kyeburn River, about $2\frac{1}{2}$ miles above my house,
and terminating at my house, junction of Naseby and
Dunstan Roads.
The mean depth and breadth of such race is 3 feet
by $1\frac{1}{2}$ feet; the intended course is north and south;
length, about $2\frac{1}{2}$ miles; and it is proposed to divert
three Government-heads of water. Required for a
term of fifteen years.

I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct
a Water-race to divert and use water for mining
purposes, commencing at a point at Fraser's Gully
about 50 yards below the junction, and terminating
at the south-west boundary of the Zealandia Lease.
The length of such race is 800 yards or thereabouts,
and its intended course is south-easterly.
The mean depth of such race is 1 foot 6 inches,
and the mean breadth is 2 feet 6 inches, and it is
proposed to divert four Government-heads of water.

application having been made and lodged with
me, as by the said Act required, I do now declare
such Company to be dissolved.

  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    No. 5, Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, in the
    Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is eleven thousand
