"The Public Health Act, 1876," His Excellency
the Governor has been pleased to appoint
FRANCIS LEIGH RILEY, Esq.,
to be a Public Vaccinator, to perform gratuitous
vaccination in accordance with the provisions of the
said Act and any regulations made or to be made
thereunder, for the District of Pelorus.
