TAKE notice that it is intended to construct a
Water-race for domestic and irrigating pur-
poses, commencing at a point at the mouth of the
gorge of Blackman's Gully, near Kane's Claim,
and terminating on Sections 6 and 2, Block I., Fraser
District.
