course west to east, the mean breadth will be about
2 feet, and the depth about 1 foot, and it is pro-

THE WEST WANGANUI COAL COMPANY (LIMITED)
IN LIQUIDATION.
In the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Wellington
District. In the matter of "The Joint-Stock Com-
panies Act, 1860," and in the matter of the West
Wanganui Coal Company (Limited), in liquidation.
THE creditors of the above-named Company are
required, on or before Wednesday, the 30th day
of June, to send their names and addresses, and the
particulars of their debts or claims, and the names
and addresses of their solicitors, to DAVID THOMP-
SON STUART, of Featherston Street, Wellington, the
Official Liquidator of the said Company; and, if so
required by notice in writing from the said Official
Liquidator, are by their solicitors to come in and
prove their said debts or claims at the said Supreme
Court, Wellington, at such time as shall be specified
in such notice.
Friday, the 16th day of July, 1880, at noon, at the
said Supreme Courthouse, Wellington, is appointed
for hearing and adjudicating upon the debts and
claims.

PATENT for an Invention for Sawing Wood or
other Materials, whereby labour is saved, to be
called "The Kew Double Cross-cut."
JOHN EVANS, of Kew, Southland, has deposited at
this office a specification of the said invention; and I
have appointed Friday, the 26th day of November
next, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at this office, to
hear the said application and all objections thereto;
and I require all persons having an interest in opposing
the grant of such Letters Patent to leave, on or
before the 22nd day of November next, at this office,
particulars in writing of their objections to the said
application, otherwise they will be precluded from
urging the same.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
I HEREBY give notice that the Partnership hitherto
existing between JOHN GIBSON KINROSS, ANDREW
GRAHAM, and DUNCAN FRASER, of the District of
Poverty Bay, as Sheepfarmers, which said business is
carried on at Oweta and Puhatikotiko, in the district
aforesaid, is this day dissolved: And I further give
notice that Duncan Fraser has no authority to draw
cheques, bills, or promissory notes, or sign any docu-
ments, in the name of "Fraser, Graham, and Kinross;"
and, further, that neither myself nor John Gibson
Kinross will be responsible or recognize any contract
entered into in our names from this date.

POVERTY BAY PETROLEUM AND KEROSINE COM-
PANY, IN LIQUIDATION.
A meeting of the above Company held on 1st
July, 1880, by advertisement duly called, the
following resolution was passed: "That the Liqui-
dators' report and balance-sheet be approved of, and
that this meeting is of the opinion that the Poverty
Bay Petroleum and Kerosine Company has been
fully and fairly wound-up."

Riccarton, deceased, Labourer.
I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
facias, duly issued out of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand at the suit of the CREDITORS' TRUSTEE
in BANKRUPTCY of the property of WILLIAM ROBIN-
SON and BERIA ROBINSON, late of Dunsandel, Store-
keepers, Plaintiff, of Christchurch, in the Canterbury
District, I have taken in execution the fee-simple of
Beria Robinson, late of Riccarton, deceased, Labourer,
in all that parcel of land, containing by admeasure-
ment 2 acres, more or less, situate in the Christ-
church District of the said Province of Canterbury,
and being that part of the Rural Section numbered
145 on the map of the Chief Surveyor of the said
province, setting out and describing the rural land in
the said district, now in the occupation of James
Robinson, of Addington; and that I intend to cause
the same to be sold at the office of H. Matson and
Co., at Christchurch aforesaid, on Saturday, the
twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty, at two o'clock in the after-
noon.
The Solicitors for the Execution Creditor are
Messrs. Wynn-Williams and Deacon, of Christ-
church, aforesaid.
