NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels
of land hereinafter described will be brought
under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 461
1870," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same
within one calendar month after the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.
662. THE BANK OF NEW ZEALAND, Ap-
plicant.-(1.) 1 rood 30 perches, being Lots 154 and
155, Waipukurau Village, Hawke's Bay. (2.) 16
perches, part Block XLVI., Patangata, Hawke's Bay.
Both occupied by the said Bank.

NOTICE is hereby given that JAMES MCNIEL, of
Balclutha, Gentleman, claiming as Devisee
under the will of ALEXANDER MCNIEL, late of Bal-
clutha, Farmer, deceased, has made application to be
registered as Proprietor of an estate in fee-simple
in Section 21, Block XV., Town of Dunedin; also
Allotments 11, Block IV., 14 and 15, Block V., 6, Block
VI., 10, Block A, 7, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 29, 30, and
34, Block C, on plans of subdivision of part of
Sections 6 and 7, Block XXXV., Clutha District;
