    report that the Court, having especially inquired
    into the subject of disability, finds that none of the
    persons named in the foregoing list are under dis-

FIRST SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece of land containing three acres, more
or less, being a wahi tapu or burial-place reserve,
situate at the south-east corner of the Himatangi
Block. Bounded on the North by a line on a bearing
of 268°, 1000 links; on the East by a line on a
bearing of 358°, 300 links; on the South by a line
on a bearing of 88°, 1000 links; and on the West
by a line on a bearing of 178°, 300 links: as the
same is more particularly described in the plan
below, and there bordered red.

Alterations and Additions to the Rates for the Con-
veyance, Delivery, and Storage of Goods, Parcels,
&c., on the New Zealand Railways.

IN accordance with the By-laws for the New Zea-
land Railways, filed by Order in Council dated
the 17th day of December, 1878, the following
alterations and additions to the rates for the convey-
ance, delivery, and storage of goods, parcels, &c., on
all the New Zealand Railways, are hereby declared to
be fixed :-

All articles intended for the Exhibition to be held
at Melbourne shall be conveyed free over all the New
Zealand Government Railways.

The packages must be clearly and legibly marked
by exhibitors, "For Melbourne Exhibition."

the Superintendent, Marine Survey of India, is
published for general information.

MALABAR COAST. - CANNANORE. - ALTERATION OF
ELEVATION OF RED LIGHT.

THE Port Officer, Madras, has notified that the red
light hitherto exhibited from the flagstaff will, after
the 15th June, 1880, be shown from a stone structure
erected on the ramparts of the fort, near the flagstaff.
The light (fixed red) will be elevated 64 feet above
the sea, and should be seen in clear weather from
a distance of six miles.
