the south-eastern boundary of road to Tophouse.

westerly, 2170 links; Southerly by Section No. 46 and
public road, 311 and 45 links respectively; Westerly
by eastern side of road to Tophouse, 300 links; South-

being portion of Section No. 46, in the Survey Dis-
tricts of Wai-iti and Gordon, commencing at the
easternmost corner of said section. Bounded—
Northerly by Section No. 45, 311 links; North-
westerly by portion of Section No. 46, 30 links;
South-westerly by other portion of Section No. 46,
396 links; Easterly by the western boundary of the
road to Tophouse.
The above parcels of land being situate in the
Provincial District of Nelson, Colony of New Zea-
land, and are more particularly delineated upon the
plan marked P.W.D. 7220, deposited in the office of
the Minister for Public Works at Wellington, Pro-
vincial District of Wellington.
