Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred by the sixth section of
"The Public Works Act 1876 Amendment Act, 1878,"
and of every power and authority in that behalf, doth
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is taken for the said portion
of the said line of railway.

admeasurement 1 rood 10 perches, more or less,
situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti, being
portion of Section No. 152, commencing at a point on
the south-western boundary of said section, distant
1543 links from its southernmost corner. Bounded
—South-westerly by Section No. 153, 109 links;
North-westerly by other portion of Section No. 152,
320 links; North-easterly by Railway Station Re-
serve, 107 links; South-easterly by other portion of
Section No. 152, 315 links.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing by
admeasurement 1 acre and 28 perches, more or less,
situate in the Survey District of Wai-iti, being por-
tion of Section No. 153, commencing at a point on
the north-eastern boundary of said section, distant
1515 links from its casternmost corner.
