SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land situate in the Town of Nel-
son, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods
3 perches, more or less. Bounded on the North by
the Haven Road; on the East by Sections 1124,
741, 147, and 146, 760 links; on the South by Sec-
tion 1123, 235 links; and on the West by Section
72, 190 links, and by a fish-market reserve. For the
purposes of railways.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this twenty-eighth day of
January, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty.

WHEREAS by the one hundred and forty-fourth
section of "The Land Act, 1877," it is enacted
that the Governor may from time to time, either by
general or particular description, and whether the
same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale
temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be
then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands
which, in his opinion, are required for any of the
purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers
and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do
hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the
Provincial District of Nelson described in the Sche-
dule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said
Schedule specified.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by ad-
measurement 100 acres and 10 perches, be the same
more or less, situated in the Land District of Nelson,
being Section No. 2, Block XIII., Oparara Survey
District, and bounded as follows: On the North-
eastward, 3295 6 links, by Section 3; on the South-
eastward, 32804 links, by Crown land; on the
South-westward, 2554 links, by Section 1; and on
the Westward, 2831-2 links and 595-3 links, by a
road reserve along the high-water mark of the
Otumahana Lagoon. For a ferry reserve.

As witness the hand of His Excellency
the Governor, this eleventh day of
February, one thousand eight hundred
and eighty.

Now, therefore, I, Sir Hercules George Robert
Robinson, the Governor of the Colony of New Zea-
land, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby
temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Pro-
vincial District of Taranaki described in the
Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the
said Schedule specified.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 76 acres
3 roods 18 perches, being Section No. 6 on the
map of Block V., Ngaere Survey District. Bounded
towards the North by Section No. 5, 5107 links;
towards the East by a road, 2011 links; towards the
South by a road, 5571 links; and towards the West
by Section No. 2, 281 links. As an endowment for
education.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 63 acres
2 roods, being Section No. 56 on the map of Block
VI., Ngaere Survey District. Bounded towards the
North by Section No. 53, 1535 links; towards the
East by the railway reserve, 4060 links; towards the
South by a road, 1679 links; and towards the West
by Section No. 55, 4031 links. As an endowment
for education.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District
of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 66 acres,
being Section No. 35 on the map of Block X.,
Ngaere Survey District. Bounded towards the
North by a road, 3024 links; towards the East by
the Mountain Road, 2199.6 links; towards the
South by Section No. 37, 3096 links; and towards
the West by the railway reserve, 2204 links. As an
endowment for education.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District,
of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 17 acres,
being Section No. 142 on the map of the Taruru-
tangi District, Egmont Survey District. Bounded
towards the North by Section 138, 3010 links;
towards the East by a road, 280 links; towards the
South by a road, 2326 links; and towards the West
by the Mangaoraka River. As an endowment for
education.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this third day of February,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty.
