One-fourth of the purchase-money to be paid on
the day of application, the balance within one month.
NOTE.—The land is situate ten miles from Feilding,
and eight miles from Halcombe, and is connected
thereto by good roads. Each section is accessible, the
timber on the road-lines within the blocks having
been felled, and the roadway cleared. The soil is
good all over, level and undulating, some portion
hilly, covered with forest, mixed quality. Maps can
be had on application.

Land Transfer Act Notices.

WHEREAS a declaration has been lodged with
me, made by THOMAS MERRETT WIL-
KINSON, the registered Proprietor of Allotment
315 on the plan of the Glen Estate, of the loss of the
certificate of title for the said allotment, dated the
20th day of October, 1876, entered in Register-book,
Vol. xxviii., folio 250, I hereby give notice that I in-
tend to issue a provisional certificate of title for the
said allotment to the said Thomas Merrett Wilkinson,
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within
fourteen days from the date of the publication
hereof.

Dated this 10th day of December, 1880, at the
Lands Registry Office, Dunedin.

of Taradale, Hawke's Bay, Widow, claiming as
Devisee under the will of JOHN BARRY, late of Tara-
dale aforesaid, Storekeeper, deceased, has applied to
be registered as Proprietor in fee-simple of part
Suburban Sections 52 and 64, Meeanee District,
Hawke's Bay, containing 11 acres 1 rood 20 perches,
more or less, as comprised in certificate of title, Vol. i.,
folio 107, and of part Suburban Section 53, Meeanee
aforesaid, containing 5 acres 1 rood 7 perches, more
or less, as comprised in certificate of title, Vol. vi.,
folio 178; and that she will be so registered, unless
caveat forbidding the same be lodged at this office
within one calendar month after the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.
