No. 32 of the Village of Buffalo, Coromandel Survey
District, Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded
towards the North-east by a line, 1202 links; towards
the South-east by a line, 1505 links; towards the
South-west by Allotments Nos. 31 and 34, the termina-
tion of a road, and again by Allotments Nos. 22, 14,
13, and 12, 1701 links; and towards the North-west by
a road, 1855 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less. For a recreation-ground.

OTAGO.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial Dis-
trict of Otago, containing by admeasurement
37 perches, more or less, situate in the Town-
ship of Deborah, and being Section No. 1 on
the map of said township. Bounded towards the
North-west by Shrimski Street, 85 links; towards the
North by Section No. 4 of Block IV., Oamaru Dis-
trict, 196-7 links; towards the East by Roxby Street,
100 links; towards the South by Section No. 2 of
said Township of Deborah, 250 links; and towards
the West by Section No. 23 of said township, 36
links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As a site for a school.

nineteenth day of November, one thou-

Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, James
Prendergast, Chief Justice of the Colony of New
Zealand, and Administrator of the Government
thereof, do hereby appoint the several persons whose
names are specified in the first column of the Sche-
dule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the public cemetery specified in
the second column of the said Schedule.
